Yes. Each building gets an isolated container on the same server as the syndicate we run ourselves (Notre Maison 1, 60 units, Villeray). Your documents are not used to train a public model.
Edifice runs its AI on its own infrastructure in Canada, and your documents are not sent to a third-party model. That matters for personal and financial information. Some tools advertise AI from an outside provider: CondoGenIA lists Anthropic's Claude on its home page. Ask any vendor where your board's documents and banking details are processed.
